1. Service

Tailbot ("we", "our", "the service") provides bot and crawler analytics for websites. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person or organization.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

4. Pricing and payments

Tailbot offers a Free plan, Solo plan ($14/month), and Agency plan ($79/month). Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the tracking endpoints
• Send fabricated or spoofed bot data to inflate analytics
• Resell access to the service without permission

6. Data

Bot visit data is retained for 90 days. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or missed bot visits.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
